Delivery Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026. This policy explains how a pass reaches you after you pay on ScoreChem.in.

1. What is delivered

ScoreChem sells digital access only: unlimited chapter flashcard decks and Mock Tests for the number of days shown on your pass. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges.

2. When access starts

• You pay on a secure Razorpay page. When Razorpay confirms the payment to us, your pass is activated on the account you were logged in with.
• This normally takes less than a minute. Some banks and UPI apps confirm more slowly, and in that case activation can take longer, up to a few hours.
• Your pass days start counting from the moment of activation, not from the moment you open a test.
• Your Account page shows the pass you hold and the date it ends.

3. If your pass does not appear

• Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page, or log out and log in again.
• Check that you are logged in with the same email address or Google account you used when you paid.
• If it still does not show after 30 minutes, email hello@scorechem.in with the subject "Pass not active" and give the email you log in with, the date and time of payment and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. We will activate your pass or refund you within 2 working days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. What you need

An internet connection and an up-to-date browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Each pass belongs to one account and one student. Sharing your login, or the questions and solutions, is not allowed and may lead to your access being suspended under the Terms of Service.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Site available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. If a long outage costs you a meaningful part of your pass, write to us and we will extend your pass to make up for it.
