Terms of Service

Last updated 1 October 2026. These terms apply to ScoreChem.in and everything on it.

In short: you are welcome to study from ScoreChem for yourself. Everything on it belongs to ScoreChem.in. Do not copy it, scrape it, republish it, share paid files, or use it to train AI systems.

1. Agreement

By opening or using ScoreChem.in (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. "We", "us" and "ScoreChem" mean ScoreChem.in, the owner and operator of the Site.

2. What we own

All content and materials on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of ScoreChem.in, including but not limited to:

  • study guides, chapter notes, summaries, tables and worked examples;
  • practice and mock-test questions, answer keys, solutions, explanations and performance reports;
  • flashcards and flashcard decks;
  • calculators, viewers, planners and every other interactive tool;
  • diagrams, illustrations, graphics, logos and the ScoreChem name;
  • the Site's text, layout, design, source code and underlying databases;
  • mock tests, question banks, solutions and performance reports.

All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

3. What you may do

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to read the Site's free content and use its tools for your own non-commercial study. You may link to any public page of the Site.

4. What you may not do

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • scrape, crawl, spider, harvest or bulk-download the Site, its pages, questions, answers or data, by software, bots or any automated or manual means;
  • copy, reproduce, republish, translate, adapt or post any part of the content on another website, app, channel, group, forum or social platform;
  • redistribute, share, lend, sell, resell, rent or sublicense any content or digital product, including by sharing a purchased file or an account;
  • use the content in coaching material, courses, books, apps, paid or free question banks, or any commercial service;
  • use the content, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI or machine-learning models, or to build datasets;
  • frame or mirror the Site, remove copyright or ownership notices, or pass the content off as your own;
  • reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Site, or bypass any access control, limit or login requirement;
  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Mock Test subscriptions

Access to full-length Mock Tests is by paid subscription, per exam track, for a fixed validity period from the date of purchase. A subscription is for the personal use of the purchaser only; accounts, questions and solutions may not be shared, copied, resold or distributed in any form. Payments are processed by Razorpay, whose own terms also apply. Pricing, validity and the refund policy are shown on the Mock Tests page and will be confirmed here before paid access opens.

6. Board and exam names

CBSE, NEET, JEE, Cambridge, AS & A Level, AP, IB and any other board, exam or organisation names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe the syllabus that a resource covers, for identification. ScoreChem is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any board, exam body or testing agency. References to a past exam identify the source of a question only, and any rights in exam papers remain with the relevant exam body.

7. Study aid only

ScoreChem is a study aid. We work to keep content accurate and aligned with published syllabuses, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or current, or that it will produce any exam result. Mock-test scores and improvement reports are guidance for your own preparation, not predictions. Always check the official syllabus and notices from your board or exam body.

8. Feedback and submissions

If you send us a question, doubt, comment or feedback, you give us permission to use it to improve the Site, without compensation. Please do not send anything you do not have the right to share.

9. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services such as analytics and online forms, and may add account and sign-in services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

10. Enforcement

If we believe these terms have been broken, we may restrict or end your access, remove infringing material, and take legal action to protect our rights, including seeking damages and an injunction under applicable law, such as the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India. If you see our content used elsewhere without permission, please tell us at the address below.

11. Limits of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including indirect or consequential loss and any exam outcome.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
