Chemistry guidance, matched to your exam

The same reaction behaves differently under every exam's conditions.

CBSE wants a textbook answer. NEET wants speed. JEE Advanced wants depth. IB wants an argument backed by data. ScoreChem prepares you for the exam you're actually sitting — not a generic one.

Self Help is the Best Help

Pick the exam you're preparing for

Each board tests chemistry differently — in question format, marking, and what "understanding" means. Guidance is built around your specific paper.

How it works

  1. 1

    Find your Exam

Choose which exam you're preparing for — CBSE, NEET, JEE, A Level, AP, or IB — and see exactly how that exam grades chemistry, so you know from day one what actually earns marks.

  2. 2

    Study Plan as per Syllabus

Topics are sequenced and weighted according to your actual exam's syllabus and marking pattern, not a generic chemistry curriculum.

  3. 3

    Work through structured chapters

Every topic comes with exam-specific notes, worked examples, and "trap" warnings — flagging the exact places where students lose marks on this exam.

  4. 4

    Know the Exam-Paper through PYQ

Practice previous-year questions with the correct answer, the marking logic, and exactly where marks are typically lost — so you catch the paper's pattern before the real exam.

  5. 5

    Master your Concepts using Flashcards

Flashcard decks condense each chapter into quick recall — formulas, exceptions, and diagrams — so the key concepts stay with you until exam day.

  6. 6

    Finally jump into Mock-Test

Put everything together in a timed, exam-style mock test and get a performance report showing where you stand and what to improve next.

Questions

Is ScoreChem free to use?

Largely, yes. Chapter notes are free to read, and PYQ practice and flashcards are free once you log in. The full-length Mock Tests are the paid part: each exam track has its own subscription, and every track includes one free dummy test so you can try the format first.

Which exams are live right now?

CBSE (+2), NEET, and JEE Main have structured chapters live today, and the AS & A Level syllabus roadmap is live with chapter guides on the way. JEE Advanced, AP Chemistry, and IB DP are being built and will roll out track by track — check the Exams section above for current status.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes — every exam track includes one free dummy test (a short sample, not a full-length mock) so you can see the format and the performance report before you subscribe.

Do you teach students preparing for more than one exam at once?

Yes — many students preparing for boards are also preparing for NEET or JEE at the same time. The study plan is built to cover both without repeating work.

Do you offer one-on-one sessions?

No — ScoreChem is self-guided. You work through exam-specific chapters, PYQ practice, and flashcards at your own pace, with the Exam Blog and its doubt form there if something's still unclear.

Not sure where to start?

Click "Find your exam" above and pick your track — you'll land on a study plan sequenced to that exam's syllabus. From there, work through the chapters, PYQs and flashcards, and finish with a mock test, in the order laid out in the "How it works" section above.

Do Mock Test subscriptions expire?

Yes — a Mock Test subscription is for one exam track and is valid for a fixed period from the date you subscribe. It does not renew automatically. The validity period will be shown on the Mock Tests page before you pay.
